Non-Returnable Items

  • Face masks
  • Gift cards (digital or physical).
  • Final Sale items (clearly marked during checkout).

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Enter your order number/email via the Returns Portal to generate a prepaid shipping label.
  2. Pack Securely: Include only items associated with the return label.
  3. Refund Method:
    • Original payment: Refund minus $5 processing fee.
    • Store credit: No fee.

Exchanges

  • Free exchanges within 60 days for size/color changes (subject to availability).

Damaged/Defective Items

  • Covered by a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects.
  • Contact customer service with proof (photos/video) for resolution.
